I deliver dynamic, interactive project management training on-site within organizations. The most popular class is a 3-day workshop simulating a case-study project from start to finish. It takes participants through the art and science of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing a project. I can customize the training by integrating your standard project management tools and templates within the training material. Or, I can use my generic set of best practice tools and templates. Consulting

I provide consulting services to help advance and improve project, program and portfolio management practices within your organization. I have implemented standard project management templates and processes that are scalable to fit the client's business needs, resulting in improved alignment and communication among stakeholders. Ultimately, projects are run more efficiently and effectively, increasing the degree of project success and business outcomes to the organnization. I have implemented project portfolio management processes, tools and governance to ensure the right projects are being worked on within the constraints of limited resources. I have created project management centers of excellence, using a collaborative approach that fits the client's culture, environment and day-to-day business practices. I have also coached and mentored business and technical leaders in all aspects of project management.
